Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph33f. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any ph33f services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ph33f platform – whether through the website at ph33f.app, any associated mobile application, or any other channel we make available – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms apply to all users of the ph33f platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone participating in any promotional activity connected with the ph33f brand. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ph33f.
If you are accessing ph33f on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
ph33f serves Filipino players from every corner of the archipelago – these terms apply to all registered accounts.
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ph33f platform. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. ph33f reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions
ph33f's services are intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the ph33f platform is legal in your location.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may only hold one registered account on ph33f. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason, will be closed. Bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be voided, and in cases of deliberate abuse, the primary account may also be suspended.
2.4 Accurate Information
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. ph33f may require identity verification documents – such as a valid Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license – before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
3. Account Responsibilities
Your ph33f account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph33f will never ask for your password through any communication channel, so do not share it with anyone – including customer support staff.
All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ph33f support immediately at support@ph33f.app.
You must ensure your account details are kept current. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawals or prevent important communications from reaching you.

4. Deposits & Payments
ph33f accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. ph33f is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Funds deposited to your ph33f account may only be used for gaming on the platform. You may not transfer funds between accounts or use the ph33f platform as a payment or money transfer service.
ph33f does not accept deposits made by third parties. All funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. If that method is unavailable, ph33f support will work with you to arrange an alternative.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, ph33f will conduct a standard identity verification check. This is a regulatory requirement and typically involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Verification is usually completed within one business day.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes. InstaPay transfers are generally completed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.
ph33f reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds subject to an ongoing investigation will be held pending resolution.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
ph33f offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, rakeback credits, and freeroll tournament access. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
6.2 Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed or unused bonus credits expire within the timeframe stated for each promotion, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time
Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses in breach of this rule may result in all bonus balances being voided.
6.4 Abuse Prevention
ph33f monitors for coordinated or systematic bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, matched betting patterns, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and wagering on excluded games solely to clear wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided and its account suspended.

7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on ph33f are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selections, amounts, and markets are correct before confirming any wager. ph33f does not accept requests to reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, ph33f reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. ph33f will communicate with affected players in such cases.
Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body or provider. In the case of a dispute about a result, ph33f's decision – made in good faith based on available information – is final.
- Minimum single bet: ₱10
- Maximum payout per bet (sports): as stated per market in the betting interface
- Void bets: stakes are returned to the player's account balance
- In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended by the ph33f trading team
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph33f and may result in account suspension, permanent banning, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Colluding with other players in poker or any multi-player game to manipulate outcomes
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the ph33f platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
- Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate ph33f transactions
- Systematically abusing bonuses or promotional offers in bad faith
ph33f cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any account suspected of criminal activity may be frozen pending investigation, with relevant information shared with authorities as required by law.
9. Responsible Gaming

By registering on ph33f, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, though withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain features of the platform.
ph33f will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with third parties only where required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the ph33f platform – including but not limited to the ph33f brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content – is the property of ph33f and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any ph33f content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ph33f. Unauthorised use of ph33f intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach and may result in legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
ph33f provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, but scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable outages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph33f's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your ph33f account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ph33f is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or regulatory changes that affect service availability.
13. Account Termination
You may close your ph33f account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements or active investigations.
ph33f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, used in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity, or associated with a player who has self-excluded. In cases of serious misconduct, ph33f may retain funds pending investigation or as required by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
ph33f may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the ph33f platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph33f operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.
